Mental fitness
We combine coaching with mental fitness training in two phases:
i) mental fitness basics
If you want to get physically fit, you learn what exercises to do and do them regularly!
We apply the same approach to your mind in a 6 week app-based foundation programme. You notice improvements in 3 important areas:
Your performance improves: you find it easier to focus. To find your flow. Most of us have learned “no pain, no gain”. You start to understand that this is a saboteur lie.
Your relationships improve: family, friends and colleagues start to notice a difference. You find it much easier to deal with “difficult” people.
You feel better: You feel happier, less anxious, and take more pleasure in simple things.
Before you start, we agree what your areas of focus are and we capture how you will know that this was a good investment, by fast-forwarding to what sort of changes you would like to see in 6 weeks time.
As a certified Positive Intelligence Coach, I support you to apply what you are learning to these focus areas.
It’s not about finding fault in order to make “improvements”. It’s about adding more tools to your toolbox to help you step into the path of ease and flow.
Once you’ve tasted life with improved mental fitness, you won’t want to go back!

ii) grow your mental fitness
After the foundation programme, we shift pace to a more self-directed approach with 2 calls a month during months 3-6.
The daily focus in the app over the next 6 weeks provides you with a reminder of what you learned, and this is more powerful now that you have the full picture.
You also have access to over 20 modules on the app which help you apply what you’ve learned to specific topics, e.g. Intuition & decision-making, Relationship mastery, Leadership, Persuasion, Coaching others, Health & Wellness.
For some of these, you’ll watch the video, apply what you’ve learned and just run with it. For others, you might try things out and find it a little challenging or want to go deeper. So you bring that to a coaching session and we explore it and then identify the smallest next step you can try out to make progress in that direction.
