about me

Today, I could still have been living near London, stressing about how to juggle my workload, an overflowing email inbox and back-to-back meetings with colleagues around the world, whilst constantly on edge, trying to prove myself in a demanding culture. Paying for a gym I rarely attended, and going to a physiotherapist to alleviate the pain from repetitive strain in my arm from long hours on the computer. And quite frankly not really feeling like I was living life to its full potential, but never stopping to question what I could do differently.

That was my default future. Until, one day, the Managing Director to whom I reported asked me “What do you want to do after you leave Accenture?”.

I looked blankly at him. I had never considered that.

That interaction taught me how powerful a single question can be, and, with hindsight, it’s what put me on the path to becoming a coach.

As a result…

  • I reconnected with my childhood love of nature, did a sustainability course and ran a programme to create awareness of our client’s sustainability goals so that our hundreds of team members around the world could support the client’s ambitions in this space.

  • I reconnected with a childhood dream to scuba-dive with giant manta rays.

A few years later, I left Accenture, and, after a little stint in Bali, I now live by the sea near Brighton, UK.

I’ve got several coaching qualifications and have been involved in multiple sustainability projects. I particularly enjoy helping people learn more about what positive work is already being done around the world.

My current work brings these two passions together.
